Incoming Material Inspection

All raw materials — LED chips, PCB substrates, resistors, and connectors — are rigorously inspected upon arrival. We verify luminous flux, color coordinates, and forward voltage for every LED batch to ensure consistency before production begins.

SMD Pick & Place

High-speed automated SMT machines precisely place LED chips and electronic components onto PCB boards. Our pick-and-place equipment achieves placement accuracy within ±0.05mm, ensuring consistent quality across millions of solder points per day.

Step 03

Reflow Soldering

PCB boards pass through precision reflow ovens with optimized temperature profiles for each product type. The multi-zone heating process ensures reliable solder joints while protecting sensitive LED components from thermal damage.

PCB Depaneling

Aging & Burn-in Testing

Every batch undergoes 24–72 hours of continuous aging tests at elevated temperatures. This critical step screens out early failures and ensures long-term reliability. LED strips are powered at full load to verify stable light output and color consistency over time.

Visual & Electrical QC

Trained inspectors perform 100% visual and electrical inspection. Each strip is checked for solder defects, LED alignment, color uniformity, and brightness consistency. Any strip that does not meet our strict standards is rejected.

Reel Winding

Qualified LED strips are carefully wound onto standard 5-meter reels using precision winding machines. Proper tension control prevents damage to components while ensuring neat, professional packaging that protects the product during shipping.

Integrating Sphere Testing

Every reel is tested in calibrated integrating spheres (CIE standard) to measure and record luminous flux, CCT, CRI, and chromaticity coordinates. Test data is stored digitally for full traceability — customers can request test reports for any batch.

Final Packing & Shipment

FPCB & Rigid PCB

Our flexible and rigid PCBs are manufactured with 2oz copper thickness for optimal current carrying capacity and heat dissipation. Available in white, black, and yellow solder mask options, with widths from 3mm to 12mm. Every PCB is electrically tested before entering the SMT line.

3M Adhesive Tape

All our LED strips are backed with genuine 3M 200MP or 300LSE adhesive tape — the industry gold standard for permanent bonding. 3M adhesive provides superior peel strength, temperature resistance up to 150°C, and reliable adhesion to a wide range of surfaces including aluminum, glass, and painted walls.

Premium Silicone Tubing

STEP 01

Incoming Material Inspection

LED chips, PCB substrates, and components are tested against specifications before entering production. We verify luminous flux, color coordinates, and forward voltage for every LED batch.

STEP 02

SMT Process Control

Automated pick-and-place machines ensure precise LED chip placement. Reflow soldering profiles are optimized for each product type to guarantee reliable solder joints.

STEP 03

Visual & Electrical Inspection

100% visual inspection for solder defects, LED alignment, and PCB quality. Electrical testing verifies current draw, voltage drop, and circuit continuity.

STEP 04

Integrating Sphere Testing

Every reel is tested in calibrated integrating spheres to measure and record luminous flux, color temperature, CRI, and color coordinates. Data is stored for traceability.

STEP 05

Aging & Reliability Testing

Sample batches undergo 24-72 hour continuous aging tests at elevated temperatures. We also perform adhesion testing, bending tests, and waterproof pressure tests for IP-rated products.

STEP 06

Final QC & Packaging

Final quality check verifies labeling accuracy, reel winding quality, and packaging integrity. Each shipment includes test reports with measured values for customer verification.
